Normal Transfer Rules

Normal operation of XBase token transfers is that the sum of all input values ​​should be fully or cleanly distributed among the available outputs. If there are not enough output values, or one of the subsequent outputs causes an over-distribution (i.e.: inflation of token units), the remaining balance will be permanently destroyed or burned.
